LEADERSHIP TRAINING
The purpose of the Leadership training is to develop the characteristics of a leader according to I Timothy 4:6-16. The leader will learn to develop accountability, effective encouragement, developing and planning skills, evangelizing, leading proactively and setting goals for the ministry/organization.
